Great intro on Prince Far I’s studio 1 debut recorded under his original name- King Cry Cry. Not the voice of thunder of later years but a decent start by a young DJ who clearly liked a bit of Daddy U Roy.

Great track from dancehall veteran Captain Sinbad’s excellent comeback album Reggae Music Will Mad Unu! Frenchie the producer and owner of Maximum Sound manages to mix old and new rhythms with his usual deft touch, Dean Fraser adds quality sax and Sly and Robbie are on there too. The voice seals it though.
This one has been doing the rounds for a while but felt it deserved to be uploaded in better quality. From the UK reggae film Babylon.
Flip of Freedom Is A Must by Jah I Maz. Amazing heavy dub from the Wackies stable in 80s New York. Sounds very Keith Hudsonish to me, great sax.
